Order Fulfillment

Where can I download my coloring page order?

Once your payment has been received, you’ll get a confirmation email with a link to download your product. You can also access available downloads any time by going to My Account and Downloads.

How long will it take for my order to process?

Digital products, such as coloring page downloads, are accessible as soon as your payment has been received.

Physical products, such as t-shirts, are printed to order. Our average fulfillment time is 2-7 business days. You’ll receive a shipment notification once the item has left the building and is en route to you.

When will my order be sent to production?

Orders are sent to production within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Why does it take so long to fulfill my order?

Unlike some fashion retailers, we choose not to produce large volumes of inventory to stock in a warehouse and pull from as needed. Instead, we print each item to order! While this process takes a bit longer than the traditional method, it also enables us to have zero waste from unsold merchandise. A win for us and the environment.

Where's my order?

If it’s after the estimated delivery date and you haven’t received your package, it may still be in transit to you. Shipments can sometimes be delayed for reasons that are beyond our control. We suggest waiting a day or two to see if the package arrives. If it still does not arrive, email us right away at hello@spacebastard.com. We’ll look into the status of the package and follow up with the latest delivery estimate.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You may also access order information by going to My Account and viewing your Orders.

What if there's a typo in my shipping address?

Please proof your order for errors carefully during the checkout process, as we do not refund incorrect orders due to user error.

However, if you do notice an error in your shipping address, email us immediately at hello@spacebastard.earth. If the package hasn’t been delivered yet, we’ll do our best to correct the address. 

What if my order is lost in the mail?

If it’s been at least two days since the estimated delivery date and your package hasn’t arrived, email us right away at hello@spacebastard.earth. If it’s still en route to you, we’ll find out the latest delivery estimate and let you know.

If the package was lost in transit, we’ll print and ship a replacement order for you at no additional cost. All claims must be submitted within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date of the original order.

 

Why does my shirt have a vinegar smell?

You may notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue when unpacking your new shirt or hoodie. Don’t worry, this is perfectly normal and will disappear after the first wash. It’s from a special solution used in the printing process that helps our water-based and eco-friendly inks adhere to the fabric.

How do I exchange my order for another size?

What if there's an error with my order?

If you believe there is a problem with your order — such as you received the wrong item or the item is damaged — we will replace your order at no additional cost. Please email us at hello@spacebastard.earth. All claims must be submitted within 3 weeks of the delivery date.

 

How do I return my order?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of face masks.

Care & Cleaning

How should I clean my printed apparel?

We use direct-to-garment (DTG) technology to print our apparel with high-quality inks that won’t fade for a long time if taken care of properly. 

Wash printed apparel inside-out on a gentle cycle with cold water, mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary and avoid fabric softeners. Dry-cleaning is not recommended. 

Hang-drying printed apparel is best but it can also be tumble-dried on low. 

Ironing should be done on a cool setting with the garment inside out. Do not iron the printed design.

How should I clean my embroidered apparel?

Wash embroidered clothing inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach if needed.

Do not wring out embroidered clothing. Lay it flat to air-dry or tumble-dry using a cool air setting.

Embroidered apparel can also be dry cleaned.

 

How should I clean my phone case?

Remove the case from your phone. Dampen a cloth or sponge with a mild soap and water solution and rub the case gently in a circular motion. Let the case air-dry at room temperature. 

Do not use alcohol-based cleaners as they can remove the ink and discolor the case.

 

How should I clean my poster and canvas prints?

To keep prints looking good for a long time, hang them indoors and away from direct sunlight. Dust prints with a soft dry microfiber cloth or a feather duster.
